The Adrina Specialty is the “Astakomakaronada” – lobster and spaghetti in fresh tomato sauce – and the famous fish soup “kakavia” are prepared using the traditional local recipes.
Here, our fish is fresh – the local fishing boats make daily stops at our pier, before they take their catch to the market, – the meat and chops are barbequed in the customer’s presence. Our mousaka, stuffed tomatoes, kalamari, octopus and all our home made mezedes, are unparalleled.
Raw, grilled, fried or cooked, Skopelos local fish and sea food (mussels, urchins, octopus, squids, crayfish) are exquisite. Our chef, duly honors them in his creations, combining them with white wine, lemon, garlic and parsley, crocus, or cooking them with ouzo or tsipouro or “built” in the salt.
The owners strive for a warm atmosphere, where customers, can feel equally at ease in their swimming suits or in ‘black tie’.
